We ship globally via DHL Express. However, customers are responsible for ensuring that botanical products are legal in their country. We are not responsible for customs delays or seizures. We do not cover customs charges and taxes. We do not cover shipping details changes made after your product has been dispatched.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
The item is unused and in resaleable condition.
The customer provides proof of purchase.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products.
Perishable goods.
Custom orders or sale items.
2.3 Return Process
Email us at info@botanicalsfullforce.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, send the product back to our address (44B Newton Street, George, 6529, Western Cape, South Africa).
Upon inspection, we will process a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
2.4 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Payment Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – Direct bank deposit
PayFast - VISA, Master card, etc.
3.2 EFT Payment Instructions
Once you place an order, bank details and invoice will be provided.
Use your Order number or Invoice number as the payment reference.
Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.
3.3 PayFast Payments
Payfast payments are instant.
Your order will be processed 1 - 2 business days upon successful transaction confirmation.
3.4 Payment Security
All payments are securely processed, and we do not store payment details.
3.5 Currency and Taxes
All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR), no VAT applies currenly. International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees and import duties, which are their responsibility.
